Congress of the which may be summed up as follows. THE CREATION OF THE IA TIN AMERICAN SYNDICAL CONFEDERATION, and they wish to prevent at all cost, the results which would be produced by the application of the resolutions of the Congress in Latin America. International Imperialism wishes to prevent the laborers from entering into detail in the situation in which live the workers in the SOVIET UNION, and to prevent them from comparing it with their own miserable lives; and the first measure they take is the destruction of their revolutionary organizations, those which contain the most intelligent laboring sections, and through assassinations, imprisonments and deportations of their directors.
It is necessary to make Imperialism and its Local Agents feel that the laborers of Latin America consider any crime against any section of the laboring class as a crime against all the laborers of the continent.
We should organize protests and demonstrations in public places and particularly in front of the embassies and consulates of the United States and Mexico. The demonstrations of solidarity on January 10th, second Anniversary of the Assassination of Mella, should concentrate hatred and discontent in the masses against:YANKEE IMPERIALISM AND ITS MOST OUTSTANDT NG DOGS OF PREY; MACHADO AND ORTIZ RUBIO.
