The inicter for Foreign Affairs advises me that one Arguedas, naturalized Costa Rican of Honduran birth, disturber of public order and self styled Sandinista, last night led some ten to fifteen youths of proclaimed Communist tendencies in armed attack on small town of San Ramon when one local police was killed and several wounded on both sides. Government police have been sent by truok and expect immediately to qucli disturbance, to which he professed to give little importance.
