In the second paragraph on page of that despatch, made mention of leaflets and papers which had been distributed among the working people of the urban districts. now have pleasure in forwarding one copy, the only one available, of an appeal to the Workers and Peasants (Obreros y Campesinos) which bears the signature of Juan José Rivera, a person unknown in these parts. This leaflet was handed out three days ago;
