While it is not believed that the authorities have molested the distributors of this communist sheet, newsboys appear to be selling it olandestinely, approaching prospective buyers with considerable circumspection and in a low voice.
Although local elements of the Communist Party have been more active in recent months, there appears to be little or no activity on the part of foreign agitators; the number of so called Polaco peddlars mentioned in previous despatches from the Legation seems to have decreased considerably (at least they are not to be seen in such large numbers in the Capital. but several are now engaged in tailoring and selling their wares in stores.
