NO. 1385 LABOR CONDITIONS, IN ON CONSULAR ST OR 100 y ta The Honorable The Secretary of state 2004 Washington have the honor to transit herewith a raport entitled HO LABOR UNREST IN THE LIMON CONSULAR DISTRICT which was prepared on my request by vice consul sarl crain. The fact that this report would be prepared was reported on page of my confidential despatch No. 1373 of March 29, 1933.
The information contained in mr. Crain report will supplement the data on communistic activities in Costa Rica contained in that despatch, and am ploased to commend the vice congulis excellent response to ny request to the Depar traent attention.
