Sirs: have the honor to report that one of the regio lar, local, communist meetings took place on the evening of May 21, 1933, at hall known as the Black Star Line.
This meeting, which was attended by approxinately one hundred persons, was unusual in that it was addressed by one 198 Zuoher, or zuohre, whom, it is understood, was an American delegate to the student Congress recently held in San José.
And though nothing cane of it, and although the information obtained has not been verified, it is under stood that 1188 Zuchar attenpted to inoite the meeting to stage a procession and demonstration before this office, basing the action as a protest against the recent developments in the soottaboro Case.
