None of them were even tried in the courts for their acts. None spet more than a few days under arrest in the local jak where they were well taken care of by the Communist organization. This lenient treatment of the rioters who caused the death of one policeman and the serious injury of four others naturally tends to make the JUL 11 1933 Communists bolder and more active in San José.
