If this is not done, however, see no reason, despite the opinions of many of my complacent Costa Rican friends, why the movement cannot continue to grow and eventually attain enough strength to make it a really dangerous factor. In fact, feel that unless the Government finds inspiration in President Roosevelt policies and tries to do likewise by the great mass of the population, it is merely encouraging the day when the poor will rise against the money changers.
