Sir: With reference to my despatch No. 755 of September 7, 1935, reporting the alleged idea of the Guatemalan Foreign Minister to call a conference of the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the Central American States to consider ways and means to combat communism, and in possible connection therewith, have the honor to 2 transmit herewith a copy and translation of an article entitled Communism in Costa Rica which appeared in Nuestro Diarioh of September 12.
