Gir: have the honor to inform the Department that, accoräing to information obtained from a usually religio source, persons who will occupy high offices under the incoming administration are considering taking steps to remove communist deputy Maneul Igra from bis position as JD a lember of the National Congress, notwithstanding that his present term as deputy has two years to run.
Apparently it is planned to remove mora from office by an act of Congress, on charges that he was in some manner responsible for the murder of Alberto Gonzalez Lahmann, a prominent Costa Rican, on august 17, 1935.
