DELLASSITED suthority Stateletter Inhaz 15: Czte 24981 NA Mand organizing youth, in the defense of our glorious traditions, in the safeguarding of the independence of our Republic and that of all American countries menaced by the Axis countries and its deliberations shall be undertaken in the spirit of the Call for the first National Congress of Costa Rican Youths. mado in February 1944 by the Delegate of the Permanent Commission of the Continental Youth Conference for Victory at which important elements of Costa Rican youth were present. This refers to Cascallar and the youth Congress held in Mexico. The primary objective of the Congress shall be achieving a Patriotic Union of our youth as an effective step towards economic, cultural and social development of our country and fortification of unity between the youth of the continent and the world in the fight against fascism and in defense of democracy.
The Congress shall be directed at all times in accord with the propositions which animated the Continental Conference of Youths for Victory held in Mexico at the end of July of last year in the City of Mexico with the assistance of 428 delegates representing 14 countries, including our own.

She has informed him the Ba hai group wishes to affiliate with the youth movement there.
