The letter states that in accordance with the plans made at the Continental Conference of Youth for Vietory that the next conference should be held in Habana, the Executir. Committee of the conference has been transferred to the Republic of Cuba, and that correspondence should be sent to JAIME GRAVALOSA, Calle Belascoain No. 212, Altos, 2nd Floor, Habana, Cuba.
