Tonight Figueres has just spoken on a national hook up announc ing that of necessity a temporary governing committee w111 be set up to rule the country until a constituent as sembly van be called to revise the constitution and hold new elections for President and Congress. He called on all olagses to support the movement the usual speach in the circumstances.
Ever since the troops came in yesterday morning the streets have been full of people and the blue and white flag of the revolution has been in evidence everywhere. Everybody geomg happy happy that the fighting is over even if not glad that the revolution won. Aprarently the great majority are plad that it won. To add a touch of gayety to the scene the police band paraded this morning past our house.
