RESTRICTED Unfortunately, and not without some reason, the Junta has been criticized of a certain amount of demagoguery and eaching of class hatred in its attempts to gradually remove ths causes which were principally responsible for the rise of Vanguardia. It is felt that, rather than having been intentional, the se instances have been due to the youthful enthusiasm and lack of experience of individual members of the Junta and certainly not to any intention to gain the support of the masses through tactics for which Vanguardia originally set the pattern. great deal remains to be accomplished, but the Junta set a definite pattern which, if continued, is bound to bear fruit.
