Doctor Castrillo, Minister of Nicaragua, recently came to the Department in a towering rage and reported that the representatives of Salvador, Guate 911 FILED mala and Costa Rica had been upbrading him and the Minister of Honduras on the ground that they were selling out to the Yankees.
The reference was to the efforts the United States is making to put licaragua and Honduras upon a basis of financial soundness and prosperity.
