sul at Norfolk, Virginia, issued to the steamer SIREN Nicaraguan register.
In the belief of the Comunanding officer, Barnett knew that the SIREN had no intention of going to Nicaragua, and that Barnett also knew that the steamor was to be used for revolutionary purposes in Honduras. have the honor to be, sir, Your obedient servant, KNOX.
