DI They In re Violation Neutrality Laws Mexico.
Information from what the manager of the Associated Press Bureau here considers a reliable source was received to the effect that a strike would be called on the National Railways of Mexico early in August and that this will be the forerunner of a revolutionary enterprise, in which it is said from another source, that Ricardo Diaz Magon will figure prominently.
The only information regarding Magon at hand is that he was put in jail at El Paso during the recent revolution and is now probably in Los Angeles.
At a meeting to be held by employes of the railroad, in Mexico City on August 1, the report says, a. demand will be made upon President Brown that there shall be no employes of the road except Mexicans, and in the event of a refusal, which is expected, a tie up of the system will be ordered.
With this condition in their favor those who oppose Madero are expected to get busy.
Albert Williams, formerly with the New York Herald in Mexico, who is in communication with the Cientificos said today, from information he had received, there would be serious trouble in Mexico in thirty days.
