Esta mañana estuvo un redactor del DIARio en el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, en solicitud de informes sobre lo que se sepa en la Cancillería con relación al trascendental asunto del protectorado, a que se refieren los sensacionales cablegramas de ayer.
Según parece, no hay comunicaciones oficiales sobre el particular Preguntamos si el Ministro Mejia habia informado algo de Washington, y se nos contestó que no.
