Nicaraguan Government protested to the Salvadorian Government as the initiator of such a movement, and that the movement was to assemble delegates at Managua to oppose the aŭüitude of the Government of Nicaragua towards the Government of the United States in regard to the proposed protectorate, the cession of a naval base and the canal and loan conventions. will forward report by mail.
