ITS ON RELATIONS TITH THE VITITOD STATES have the honor to report, that the press of Guatemala seems to be a unit in disapproval of the disarmament said JUN to have been imposed by the Government of the United States LI 222 on the supporters of Dr. Juan Secase in Nicaragua, and beg leave to transmit, as indicative of the general sentiment of the newspapers, an editorial from the Excelsior of May 20, 1927.
