There were eight empty trucks attached to the engine and on the same line was loaded truck which the engine driver gave orders to couple up in order to shunt in on to another line. The deceased and Panchoo coupled the loaded truck and it was shunted and when they were uncoupling it Marcell was squeezed in the abdomen between two trucks. He was removed to Petit Morne Hospital and died the following morning after undergoing operation.
