Public Health Attention Delegations For Sugar Talks We have been reliably informed by several carly morning purchasers of bread at certain grocery. combined that they have seen baskets containing bread and other edibles left outside the shops for which thcy are intended and there subjected to the disposition of dogs, other animals or mischievous persons and with the resentful sight of dogs using the bread containers as urinary.

The health of the citizens count for much and it is time for those concerned give a little attention in matters of Public Health The British West Indies are to be re presented by two separate delegations at the next Commonwealth sugar talks, due to take place in London about October November this year. One delegation will be named by the Regional Economic Com mittee, and the other will represent the British West Indies Sugar Association The talks, which will be attended by representatives of all Commonwealth sugar producing countries, are expected to deal with two main subjects. 1) the effect of the projected Anglo Cuban sugar pact long term Commonwealth sugar agreements. 2) Finalizing the existing agreements by reducing their terms to formal written pacts.
